Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and service. You will work closely with our pharmacists to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate pharmacy systems and equipment to process prescriptions and manage inventory
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred
  • PTCB certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
