Capital City Club Brookhaven is seeking dedicated individuals for the Golf Outside Services role.

Position Summary:
The Golf Department is actively looking for enthusiastic candidates to fill the Golf Outside Services positions. We offer flexible scheduling options suitable for both part-time and full-time roles. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Preference will be given to those who can primarily work weekday shifts.

Role Responsibilities:

Bag Drop Attendant:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist with handling golf bags and luggage for members and guests.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members regarding arrivals.
  • Monitor the tee sheet and range usage throughout operational hours.
  • Provide essential information to members and guests regarding golf facilities.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
  • Engage positively with members and guests.

Range Attendant:

  • Set up and close the driving ranges daily.
  • Ensure adequate ball supply for range usage.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the range.
  • Exhibit strong time-management skills in range maintenance.

Cart Attendant:

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of golf carts.
  • Maintain cart staging areas and assist with bag handling.
  • Ensure carts are charged and ready for use.

Starter:

  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
  • Manage tee time check-ins and updates throughout the day.
  • Facilitate communication between the starter and golf shop.
  • Assist with golf bags upon arrival.
  • Engage with members and guests in a friendly manner.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay for part-time and full-time positions is $14 per hour.
