Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned nurse manager to join our team at Methodist Hospital, where you will have the opportunity to lead our Bone Marrow Transplant unit and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a clinical leader, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within the unit.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices, ensuring compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve optimal productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, addressing the unique needs of patients undergoing bone marrow transplants.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in acute care, with a focus on bone marrow transplants or related specialties.
  • Current RN licensure in Texas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.
