Job Overview

The UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty & Research Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nursing Professional to assume the role of Assistant Manager for its Bone Marrow Transplant unit. As a key member of the nursing team, this individual will work closely with an assigned Nurse Manager to provide leadership and oversight for patient care and services on their designated shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • To partner with an assigned Nurse Manager in promoting quality, evidence-based care, and patient satisfaction while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • To take charge as RN Charge on 2 x 12-hour shifts, overseeing the coordination of patient care activities and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • To fulfill administrative duties for 2 x 8-hour shifts, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

Compensation Package

Our competitive salary for this position reflects the industry standard based on market rates and qualifications. According to industry standards, we estimate a salary range between $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
