Housekeeping and Laundry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping and Laundry Specialist to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spas. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all areas of the spa are clean and well-maintained, including floors, powder rooms, and laundry facilities.
  • Operate laundry equipment and manage the cleaning and folding of linens and uniforms.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all areas are treated with extra care, particularly damp and moist areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet guests with a smile.
  • Communicate effectively with the hospitality team to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure clean, fresh laundry is available at all times.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
