About the Role:
Imagineers, a reputable property management company, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and facilities operations of a 101-unit condominium complex in Farmington, CT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and supervise the maintenance and facilities operations to ensure safe and effective performance.
- Supervise a seasonal maintenance assistant and seasonal pool staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance projects.
- Act as the designated supervisor for service contracts and maintenance projects, exercising significant authority in the supervision and direction of work performed by others.
- Respond to emergencies and perform after-hours responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
This is a non-exempt position that requires a high level of organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
