Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing mechanical and electrical assembly tasks for Orthoscan medical devices, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Conducting evaluations and tests on components and assemblies throughout the production process.
  • Following Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with FDA and ISO regulations.
  • Maintaining meticulous documentation and communication throughout the assembly process.
  • Complying with safety regulations and utilizing personal protective equipment as required.
  • Identifying issues, troubleshooting, and performing necessary repairs.
  • Collaborating with the Production Team to achieve both team and individual objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly is preferred. Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards is advantageous. Experience in industries such as medical device manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive assembly is beneficial.
