Job Title: Senior AEM Solutions Architect

Cognizant North America is seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Platform Services (EPS) team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and design solution roadmaps and integrations, as well as strategic architecture and infrastructure vision.
  • Develop materials to explain complex technical problems and solutions for both business and technical terms.
  • Present the material to leadership teams and ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop digital consumer experiences based on Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
  • Define solution architecture for global customer engagement and global web content management platforms.
  • Integrate a full collage of supporting technologies, including AEM, Search, Adobe Social, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Communities, Adobe Target, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, and others.
  • Develop powerful features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, and social media.
  • Setup the bootstrapping for projects, review migrations, and recommend approaches.
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to AEM implementation.
  • Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications and solution architecture for content & collaboration solutions.
  • Provide inputs and direction to senior developers & Architects in the team for design and implementation.
  • Define implementation processes, quality gates, and standards for design and development.
  • Define best practices to manage performance, security, and scalability of the Digital Platforms.
  • Establish strong, effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the global organization.
  • Coordinate and direct internal as well as vendor development teams on regular development activities.
  • Review and provide feedback on technical competency of resources for both internal as well as external onboarding.
  • Be directly involved in technical details as and when needed for critical issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Adobe AEM content management software.
  • Ability to install, support, maintain, and troubleshoot knowledge of enterprise-level monitoring and management skills with various OS environments.
  • Experience in design, development, and implementation of Adobe's AEM, the Web Content Management System using AEM 6.X.
  • Experience in MEAN Stack development, MongoDB, Angular JS, Node.js, and Express.JS framework.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills.
  • AEM Architect Certified.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in delivering Adobe Experience Manager sites with integration to other Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign & Adobe Social.
  • Experience with designing solution for Responsive Web sites and best practices in multi-channel environments.
  • Experience in working with different business stakeholders at all levels of the company and influence the technical decision for implementations.
  • Strong SDLC experience: familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and investigate improvements to processes.
  • Experience in working with multicultural teams at different levels in the organization.
  • Proven experience in owning a platform and proactively drive towards excellence.
Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
