Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and train pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Optimize workflow to improve efficiency and customer service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and conducting audits to reduce waste and ensure accuracy.
  • Counsel patients on medication use, including dosage and potential interactions.
  • Investigate and address incidents to promote patient safety.
Requirements
  • PharmD degree.
  • 8-10 years of pharmacy experience, including leadership roles.
  • Mail order pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Active Indiana pharmacy license required.
