About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Systems Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) savings plan with company match.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, service, and repair fire protection systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam suppression systems, as well as fire pumps and backflow devices.
  • Execute installation project plans, including equipment delivery, accurately forecasting installation hours, anticipating potential challenges, and securing all tools and equipment at the end of each work period.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all work performed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review project drawings to obtain all necessary facts for performing installation activities according to specifications.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' documented experience in installation and service of fire sprinkler systems or equivalent mechanical background.
  • Sprinkler Foreman experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
