- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years' NA HD CV experience in sales or engineering in the Commercial Vehicle industry/similar channels of distribution.
- Able to travel nights/weekends per year.
- Knowledge of the market trends and the implications of those trends for the industry, customers, markets, and competition.
- Knowledge of aftermarket channels of distribution, buying groups, and organizations/associations.
- Understanding of how sales interrelates with other functions in the organization.
- Excellent presentation skills to various levels of management/leadership.
- Exhibits high credibility and trustworthiness to customers and to the company-maintains healthy balance between the customer and company.
