Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the business unit in a professional, positive manner.
  • Develop and maintain a business plan for the designated territory and customers.
  • Establish and maintain a regular customer sales call pattern with existing and new customers.
  • Monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments, and communicate relevant information.
  • Develop, coordinate, and conduct customer sales/product/training meetings and presentations proficiently.
  • Introduce and manage Aftermarket sales promotions.
  • Attend industry and customer trade shows to strengthen the Phinia & Delco Remy brand name.
  • Successfully communicate key information with customers and corporate personnel as required.
  • Work closely with fleet sales and OE Account Managers on business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years' NA HD CV experience in sales or engineering in the Commercial Vehicle industry/similar channels of distribution.

  • Knowledge of the market trends and the implications of those trends for the industry, customers, markets, and competition.
  • Knowledge of aftermarket channels of distribution, buying groups, and organizations/associations.
