Your role will include: As a Culinary Team Member, you will prepare appetizing dishes while upholding the highest cleanliness standards.

Culinary Team RequirementsYour qualifications:
  • Friendly and supportive team player Experience in operations is advantageous
  • Some high school Food Handler certifications may be necessary based on local regulations, at your own expense
  • High school diploma is preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Your responsibilities:
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
  • Prepare, cook, and clean according to our standards
Work Environment Statement:While performing duties, work areas may be hot due to steam and food vapors. Employees are typically required to stand for extended periods. Responsibilities include preparing both hot and cold foods, utilizing kitchen equipment, and maintaining speed without sacrificing accuracy. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters to serve customers. The kitchen environment is often noisy and warm, with limited storage space and high shelving. Employees must adapt to a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities and manage conflicts effectively.
