Compensation:
$49.62 per hour, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and assess individualized patient care plans to enhance recovery outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately, ensuring effective communication across healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care, including transitions and support services.
- Assess educational needs of patients and families, providing tailored guidance based on their unique circumstances.
- Delegate tasks effectively to support staff and mentor new team members.
- Employ critical thinking and sound judgment in a dynamic environment, maintaining a high standard of care.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start date.
- Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
