Shift: Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center Main Hosp. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care to critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
  • Model proficiency through precepting new nurses
  • Contribute to a safe and quality environment at the point of care
  • Direct care includes ICU or PCU level of care in a technically complex environment
  • Utilize AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards in evidence-based care

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
