Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and hard-working window cleaning technicians to join our team at Window Genie in North Fort Worth. As a window cleaning technician, you will be responsible for cleaning windows and glass surfaces of various residential and light commercial buildings. Your duties will include using water-fed poles to clean windows, transporting equipment and supplies to job sites, and attending mandatory safety meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.
  • Determine whether window glass is clear, reflective, or tinted, and adapt window cleaning techniques accordingly.
  • Use a scrim or microfiber cloth to dry around the edges of the glass.
  • Ensure that all window cleaning and lift equipment are in good working order.
  • Operate aerial lift platforms and other lift equipment to reach the windows of low-rise buildings.
  • Ensure that the company vehicle is adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times.
  • Clean up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind.

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary, but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift ladders.
  • Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder.
  • Great attitude.

Compensation: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week. We believe in a job done right and offer a competitive compensation package to our employees.
