Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18-$20 per hour, depending on your experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect to earn additional income from selling ongoing maintenance contracts to current customers.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires you to work mostly Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during busier times of the year. Your daily routine will involve traveling to homes on a scheduled basis, inspecting current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety, performing preventative maintenance to increase longevity, and responding to service calls in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Registered with the State of Texas as a certified HVAC technician
  • EPA certification
  • One year of HVAC technician experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with ability to explain any HVAC issues with customer so they will understand
