Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales associate who can provide excellent customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, and maintain a high level of productivity while meeting sales and customer service goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, answer questions, and provide product information.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and backroom areas.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store management to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
