Job Summary

The Warehouse Lead will serve as a subject matter expert, problem solver, and coach for the Warehouse team. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure effective and safe warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the Supervisor and Managers to organize, motivate, and train team members.
  • Set the pace for daily productivity and monitor team performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as a subject matter expert to ensure department efficiencies and goals are met.
  • Review daily workflow and prioritize tasks among team members.
  • Provide feedback to the Supervisor or Manager on productivity, attendance, and workplace conduct.
  • Conduct production analysis to review trends and make improvement recommendations.
  • Audit adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in interviewing new team members and assist with onboarding and training tasks.
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center role. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Office 365 and Word, and working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS). Knowledge of AX system is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.
