Surgical Technologist Role:

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support our client in Montana. The successful candidate will work closely with surgeons during operative and invasive procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and optimal instrument readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain asepsis and prepare the operating suite for each procedure.
  • Ensure timely availability of surgical instruments and supplies.
  • Monitor PAR levels and replenish stock as needed.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments according to established protocols.
  • Handle medications under direct supervision.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and performance improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience as an OR technician or certification in OR technology.
  • Able to function independently as an operating room scrub in all surgical specialties.
  • Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
