Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of end-user issues via phone, web portal, and email
  • Provision and set up systems for new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding
  • Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes and SLAs
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including hardware repairs and installations
  • Install and configure hardware, software, antivirus, and network infrastructure devices
  • Manage server administration, network firewall, switch administration, and maintenance
  • Perform preventative maintenance and ensure adherence to company safety standards
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and departments
  • Design network and server solutions that meet client needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with networking equipment, Windows servers, Exchange server, and Active Directory
  • Three years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in proposal writing and solution implementation
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and team player
  • Knowledge of technology and business productivity systems
  • Experience with RMM tools and cloud server environments
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Net+, CompTIA Security+, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or CCIE
