  • Assess and document patient progress, making necessary revisions to their care plan.
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants as assigned and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient visits and progress.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a physical therapist.
