Depending on experience, our Medical Care Specialists can earn a competitive hourly rate of $65-$75 per hour. Additionally, we offer a $20,000 relocation bonus for qualifying candidates willing to relocate from El Paso or surrounding areas.

Job Description
As a Medical Care Specialist with StaffDash, you will be responsible for providing primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and patient education. You will work under a collaborative practice agreement to manage acute and chronic medical conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care through diagnosis, treatment, and education.
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel as a Medical Care Specialist at StaffDash, you should possess:
  • An active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.
  • A strong commitment to patient care and collaborative practice.
