Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Interpret business requirements and craft precise, thorough test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing efforts.
  • Create, implement, and run automation test scripts using open-source tools.
  • Perform extensive regression testing upon defect resolution.
  • Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports of findings and recommending actionable improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products and processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of seven years of experience working on complex projects with two or more years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst.
  • Minimum of seven years of client-focused quality assurance managing testing across multiple high-profile projects, with complex functional domains, within a matrix organization.
  • Minimum of five years of experience developing test plans, test cases, tracking defects, and developing automated tests, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Minimum of five years of experience with tools such as Jira, Jira-related plug-ins, or Application Lifecycle Management/Quality Center as the defect tracking and test planning tools.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working in an HHS or DOH or State Projects.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies on Iterations in SDLC.
  • Experience with Accessibility Testing, Load Testing & Performance Testing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience with configuring automated testing using tools such as Selenium or Katalon Studio or related tools.
  • Minimum of three years of experience leading and managing functional test planning and test execution activities with a focus on Health and Human Service domain.
