Job Overview

Spees Design Build is a design-build firm that specializes in providing architecture, engineering, and project management consulting services. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with offices in the Pacific Northwest and the Southeast. Remote work is also an option for certain roles. Job Responsibilities
  • Support the electrical AE design, design document reviews, estimating, and traveling as required to assist with electrical site surveys and installing load metering equipment as needed.
  • Provide design, constructability, and code review for plans and specifications.
  • Responsible for electrical metering equipment installations and load monitoring reports.
  • Preparing Cost and Labor Estimates.
  • Managing Electrical Contractors.
  • Resolving Electrical Problems.
  • Conducting System Tests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program.
  • Electrical journeyman license required (Master Electrician preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in electrical systems and energy management preferred.
  • 5-10 years of healthcare and/or industrial electrical experience required.
  • Proven experience with a focus on low and medium voltage power systems and renewable energy systems.
  • Familiarity with power and energy logging equipment and software.
