Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians at Behavioral Innovations. Our mission is to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Implement child-specific ABA programs and track client progress
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve therapy outcomes
  • Collaborate with Lead RBTs for training and support
  • Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care
  • Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions

Requirements
