Customer Service Liaison

Dasmen Residential is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our tenants and ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing a variety of concerns in a consistently polite and courteous manner.
- Forward specific inquiries to management for priority resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Document each encounter and resolution in our computer tracking system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Utilize strong communication skills to deliver on tenant requests and concerns, demonstrating a passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Work independently and as part of a team, adhering to assigned schedules and deadlines with minimal assistance.
- Effectively multitask in multiple computer applications while maintaining a professional attitude and providing excellent customer service.
- One year of previous call center experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
Pay Range: $14-$17/hour
