Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide to join our team. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for assisting the cook in the preparation and service of meals, ensuring that quality food service is provided at all times.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering food and trays, washing dishes, and cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen according to health standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to all safety precautions, and following infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
  • Utilize leadership skills to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
