The Licensed Physical Therapy Aide plays a crucial role in patient care, engaging in one-on-one interactions to assist in their treatment and recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to implement patient-specific care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide high-quality skilled care, including administering therapeutic exercises and modalities.
  • Document care delivery accurately in our electronic medical records system.
  • Foster a culture of compassion through accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented, responding promptly to patient needs.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and inspiring patients to achieve their goals.
  • Able to work independently while recognizing when to seek support.
  • Comfortable with technology; experience with HCHB is advantageous.

Experience Required:

Applicants should be graduates of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an associate degree in physical therapy, possess a current state license to practice, and have a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance. One year of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapy Aide is preferred.
