Dietary Supervisor

Heritage Avonlea of Olathe is searching for a seasoned Dietary Manager to lead our culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

• Prepare delicious and nutritious meals three days a week, ensuring adherence to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Develop and manage the monthly food budget, overseeing all ordering processes to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and scheduling support.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation within our kitchen facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing food service operations in senior living communities.

• A minimum of two years of experience managing dietary operations in a retirement community, assisted living facility, or nursing home setting is required.
• While a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential is preferred, we are willing to support the professional development of experienced candidates by covering coursework costs.
