Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and professional greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Anticipate and respond promptly to guests' needs, exceeding their expectations.
- Handle guest service requests and complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Utilize our computer system to manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as process payments.
- Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintaining a cash drawer, and operating office equipment.
- Ensure the safety and security of the property, staff, and guests.
- Maintain a high level of customer service reputation.
- Strong oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
