Position Summary:

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for behavioral therapy roles, which may include in-home, in-school, and virtual ABA therapy. While formal training is not mandatory, candidates with backgrounds in psychology, social work, education, or similar fields are preferred. This position offers invaluable hands-on experience for recent graduates and those interested in a career working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA-based programs to enhance communication, self-help, and play skills.
  • Address and manage challenging behaviors.
  • Encourage and motivate children to engage in learning activities.
  • Provide interventions in various settings, including home and community.
  • Participate in training sessions.
  • Complete necessary clinical and administrative tasks, such as data recording and session notes.
  • Maintain professional and confidential communication with behavior analysts, supervisors, families, and company leadership.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Familiarity with fundamental ABA principles and techniques.
  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Prior experience in child-focused roles.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes and/or schools.
  • Successful completion of TB and fingerprint clearance.
  • Strong references.

Work Schedule: This is a part-time position with potential for full-time hours, primarily in the afternoons and evenings.

Compensation: $20-$27 per hour, with the expectation of completing the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or a willingness to enroll in the program through Beautiful Minds Center.
