Key Responsibilities- Lead our post-acute telemedicine practice and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement value-based care models to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs
- Provide medical direction and oversight to our team of physicians and healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in post-acute care
- Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with 3 years of hospitalist experience
- Prior experience in telemedicine is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Minimum Compact/IMLCC and 3+ licenses in the states of CA, NY, FL, MA, CT, MD, VA, NJ, PA, NC, and SC
- A full-time position with benefits, 401K with match, and malpractice with tail coverage included
- A competitive salary range of $136-$165k annually
