As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our post-acute telemedicine practice and driving our mission to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our post-acute telemedicine practice and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement value-based care models to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs
  • Provide medical direction and oversight to our team of physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in post-acute care
Requirements
  • Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with 3 years of hospitalist experience
  • Prior experience in telemedicine is strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum Compact/IMLCC and 3+ licenses in the states of CA, NY, FL, MA, CT, MD, VA, NJ, PA, NC, and SC
  • A full-time position with benefits, 401K with match, and malpractice with tail coverage included
