Job Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality care in post-acute settings as an LPN
  • Collaborating with physicians and other staff to discuss care options and monitor outcomes
  • Creating care plans in conjunction with medical staff and residents
  • Setting up and overseeing the use of medical equipment
  • Collecting samples, such as blood and urine, for laboratory analysis
  • Administering prescribed treatments and medications to residents
  • Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility policies among staff
  • Engaging with residents and their families regarding optimal care strategies
  • Supervising and mentoring nursing and support staff as required

Qualifications and Skills
