We are currently in search of a skilled Associate Wealth Advisor. In this capacity, you will support our Wealth Advisors in fostering client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will encompass administrative support, assisting in financial planning, participating in client consultations, and engaging in training and development activities aimed at preparing you for advancement to a Wealth Advisor role. Key Responsibilities
- Support Wealth Advisors in managing investments, IRAs, trusts, estate planning, and other client inquiries.
- Handle daily account administration, complete client documentation, conduct annual account reviews, and assist with various projects.
- Respond promptly to client requests for distributions and other service-related inquiries.
- Complete necessary IRA and agency documentation for client modifications.
- Engage in client meetings to build rapport and gain insights into the Wealth Advisor role.
- Assist with the client portal, including access issues, troubleshooting, and other client requests.
- Collaborate with First Community Trust staff and assist with clerical tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial services environment.
- Familiarity with administrative and operational processes in a professional office setting.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High degree of integrity and professionalism, with the capacity to manage sensitive information confidentially.
