Endocrinology Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centric Endocrinologist to join our well-established Endocrinology team in our greater Belleville & Maplewood, NJ care region.

As an Endocrinology Physician, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary practice with a strong affiliation with local tertiary care hospitals, providing a full range of Endocrinology medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable treating all aspects of Endocrinology and Metabolic disorders, including Diabetes, thyroid and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, and hormonal imbalances.
  • Responsible for office consults, follow-up appointments, and outpatient procedures.
  • Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients.
  • Consult with patient's primary care physician and other specialists as needed.
  • Travel between multiple Endocrinology offices within close proximity to each other throughout Belleville, Maplewood, & Springfield (New Jersey).

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of New Jersey or has New Jersey application in process.
  • Board Certification or board eligibility in Endocrinology.
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Active New Jersey CDS License or ability to obtain prior to start.

New Jersey Residents Only:

The salary range for this role is $235,160 to $336,714 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
