We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and techniques, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Social Media Management
    • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms
    • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to promote our products and services
    • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and other materials
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns
    • Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance and trends

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a defense or government contracting environment
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and techniques
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing software

Work Environment

This is a part-time position, working 29 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and techniques.

Travel Requirements

This position may require up to 10% travel during the year.
