Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of bookkeepers, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent performance.
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflows and processes to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Review and improve the work of bookkeepers, providing constructive feedback and recommendations.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, including general ledger management and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record of success in supervisory roles with a minimum of 3 team members.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong technical skills in QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets, and cloud-based platforms.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
