Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator of Programs to join our team at the University of Texas at El Paso. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate programs, including planning events and managing resources.
  • Assist with grant writing functions, including researching funding opportunities and preparing proposals.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures for information processing and record maintenance.
  • Compile and verify data for required reports and surveys.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Three years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $46,550 annually, plus a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. This is a full-time, temporary position with possibility of extension.
