Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Luxury Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising, including creating displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in fashion or related field preferred.
- Experience: Three plus years of high-end retail, boutique, or sales experience.
- Skills: Proficient in inventory management, customer sales, and merchandising; skilled in Cegid transactions, including sales, returns, exchanges, item/customer lookups, CRM, and reports.
- Competitive Salary: $ per hour
