We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored and sanitized.
  • Operate and maintain the dish machine, ensuring it is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in cleaning food preparation and production areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Haul kitchen trash and recyclables to designated areas.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining the dish room, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including trash and recyclables.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
