What You'll Do:
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that sparks curiosity and creativity in each child
  • Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages exploration and discovery
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families, working together to support their child's unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with your center team to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement initiatives
  • Cultivate a positive, supportive community that values diversity, equity, and inclusion
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with children and families
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively with children and families
