You will also be responsible for completing daily reports to enhance office efficiency. This position requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work across various office locations.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Previous experience in a check-in role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with insurance guidelines and entry processes.
  • Experience in financial collections is advantageous but not essential.
  • Capability to manage high patient volumes effectively.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them in person or over the phone, addressing inquiries as needed.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction and optimize provider time by scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of arrivals and managing service delivery timelines.
  • Provide comfort to patients by addressing their concerns and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
  • Ensure availability of treatment information by organizing and retrieving patient records.
  • Maintain patient accounts by accurately recording and updating personal and financial details.
  • Manage office inventory and equipment by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist patients in distress by responding to emergencies appropriately.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality by safeguarding personal and financial information.
  • Support operational efficiency by adhering to policies and procedures and reporting necessary changes.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including schedule adjustments and travel to various office locations.
