About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced loan officer to join our team as a regional business development specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral partners, growing your business, and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a network of referral partners, including Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
  • Grow your business through referrals and other sales channels.
  • Contribute to the success of our company by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with our corporate team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • An active NMLS/MLO license.
  • Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools.
