Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver courteous and professional service to all clients
  • Install, repair, or replace plumbing fixtures and water heating systems
  • Effectively handle sanitary waste, vent, and potable water systems
  • Knowledge of grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps, or lift stations is preferred
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common plumbing issues related to pumps, fixtures, pipes, and valves
  • Diagnose and clear blockages in drains using various tools and techniques
  • Document service details and submit reports after each appointment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely project completion
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least four years of experience in commercial plumbing services
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record suitable for commercial vehicle insurance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication via mobile devices
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
