Nurse Manager

VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to oversee clinical care at our Freehold, NJ facility.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating patient care, ensuring high-quality services are delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee patient throughput, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Coordinate access to clinical care for all patients, liaising between patients, care providers, and team members.
- Oversee case management for medically complex patients, advocating for patients with insurers and other outside resources.
- Perform related duties as directed in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist team members in identifying patient care improvement needs and participating in quality initiatives.
- Maintain required logs and records to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in coordination, management, and documentation of medications, supplies, and referrals.
- Oversee the environment of care, adhering to agency infection control and safety policies and procedures.
- Supervise RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and other clinical staff in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Function as the site's Electronic Health Record Superuser.
- RN; BSN required.
- 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
- 3+ years of ambulatory care experience, FQHC preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Venipuncture certification preferred.
- Car and valid NJ driver's license.
