Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in hospital-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes, reduce complications, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional care and support.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.
