Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Secure the Museum: Conduct regular rounds to ensure the security of the museum, artwork, and visitors.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer a positive and professional image of the Art Museum to all visitors and staff.
  • Monitor CCTV and Alarm Systems: Ensure the security of the museum by monitoring CCTV and alarm systems.
  • Assist with Key Control: Disperse and collect keys and access cards, and sign in and out contractors and other visitors.
  • Conduct Night Watch Rounds: Conduct at least three night watch rounds throughout the museum to ensure the security of the museum and its contents.
  • Answer Phones and Prepare Absence Reports: Answer phones and prepare absence reports as needed.
  • Report Lost and Found Items: Report and log lost and found items.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate information effectively to others and work well in a team environment.
  • Self-Motivation and Good Work Ethic: Must be self-motivated and have a good work ethic.
  • Ability to Work Well Under Pressure: Must be able to work well under pressure and during emergency situations.
