Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Groundskeeper/Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Macy's Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our facilities and performing various maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, landscaping, snow removal, and equipment operation.
  • Operate baler and compactor equipment to maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, waxing, and vacuuming of floor areas.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of landscaping and snow removal equipment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
