Job Description
The Project Manager Business Operations will be responsible for managing complex projects, building organization-wide strategies, and developing critical insights to drive business growth. This role requires collaboration with leadership across the company to solve high-visibility efforts, providing recommendations to create long-term growth and support our future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage execution of complex projects and partner with key initiative leaders to maintain alignment of projects with strategic direction.
  • Monitor, measure, and assess how key initiatives and investments are delivering results for CAVA.
  • Be a strategic thought partner to leadership, advising on strategy and promoting operational excellence.


Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need 4+ years of professional work experience in a related field, such as consulting, operations, or strategy. You should possess strong executive communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and synthesize large data sets. Experience working closely with diverse stakeholders in a high-growth environment is also essential.
