Fawkes IDM is seeking a seasoned Marketing and Business Development professional to join our team as a Business Growth Strategist.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you working closely with Practice Chairs and Sub-Group Heads to develop and execute business development strategies across various practice areas. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth initiatives.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing and business development plans.
- Leveraging your expertise in market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Creating engaging content and presentations to showcase our expertise and services.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in marketing and business development. You will have a strong understanding of the legal industry and be able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in a law firm setting.
- a degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
